My nightmare...

The park was one of the places in the city that gave calmness to her mind, to everything that had happened, but somehow things not always go as predicted. The night was calm, the moon was full in glory shining down upon the city. Some homeless people were roaming the park, getting cozy in their made-up beds with the stars as their lamp. At a bench, Chiyo was sitting and taking a breather after traveling so much, running was not her thing but staying at that place was not something she wanted to go back to either. She heard cracking sounds around her, from her left, then to her right but Chiyo was unable to see what it was. An animal? a creature that was doing some hunts on the night? It was puzzling for her, but the answers that she made up calmed her greatly. taking another breath she leans back and lets her head hang over the bench with her black long hair hanging over it as she had her eyes closed. She could hear the cranking sounds again and suddenly felt a drop in temperature as she opened her eyes seeing the warm breath escaping her mouth.

"There you are..."

A voice creeps up from behind her, she sits up and looked behind her, her eyes were seeking the bushes as the voice she heard, it was a voice she recognized. The voice that injured her when she was just eight years old. Chiyo narrows her eyes and jumps off the bench as she saw the bushes move, swiftly here and there. She stood with her fist bold ready to fight, knowing what was in it...it was pointless to fight it.

"You going to fight me now girl, how sweet"

Two red eyes appeared in the darkness of the bushes as a red paw appeared in the light and slowly a fox formed creature came out of it that jumped onto the bench and sat down. The tail was split up into nine different tails as the creature said there is a calm posture "What are you going to do, hit me? You and I know how that ended the last time you rebelled against me" While the fox mouth did not move, Chiyo could clearly hear it as she backs up a bit "Are you going to run ... then run as I will find you and make you mine" The fox tilted its head to the side looking with the red eyes at Chiyo.

For some odd reason, Chiyo couldn't run, she felt an overwhelming force coming from this fox, creature, or whatever it was. Her legs were trembling and she dropped to her knees breathing heavy. Darkness was getting to her, the cold was creeping up and she felt it, the fear. The demonic power that this thing had over her and it was not even doing anything "What...do you want from me. Why did you ruin my life!" She yelled at it.

It calmly looked at the panicked woman "This is a delightful sight to witness, your fear reeks that of tasteful blood that I hunger forever since I took that bite at you" The fox licked its mouth and a grin came on its face "You are the dinner I never was able to get Miss Takei, your family taste is like bad meat. But yours, you can understand and see me. You can give me that endless fear...and silent my hunger" The fox steps onto the path slowly and walked into the direction of Chiyo with the glorify tails wiggling with every step it took "Remember the pain? Remember the screams little one"

She felt the burns in her leg scar and gritted her teeth as she put both her hands over her ears "Stop...STOP....STOPPPP" She was shaking with fear as Chiyo felt a hand on her shoulder and backed off looking with watery eyes at a homeless man standing there "You ...okay miss?" Chiyo looked around seeing nothing was there and quickly grabs her bag and rushed out of the park as she looked around her seeing the fox sitting there at the bench looking at her made her only run faster.
